This 1:1 intensive is perfect for when you want clarity and direction in one specific area of your life! I’ll help you detangle one area in which you feel the most frustrated and overwhelmed. For that one area, we will dig deep into the obstacles that might have impeded your progress in the past, and outline the specific actionable steps you can take to promote long-term success. Together, we will create a simple, actionable, and personalized blueprint for your next steps.

Taking care of yourself isn’t a luxury. It’s a necessity. Over the course of three months, we will focus on your mindset, time planning, and self care. You will learn and implement the steps necessary to let go of the guilt, manage your days to have some breathing room, and know the options available to you every day—throughout your day—to practice self-care. You’ll learn how to give your best self to yourself, your family, your colleagues, and your friends... not what’s left over.
