About Me and Best D Life

Hey - It is so great to meet you! I’m Daniela Wolfe (my friends call me “D”).

As a full-time working mom of 2 kids and I have been in that place of stress and overwhelm. We can all recognize how important it is to take care of yourself to keep from getting burnt out. 

This is YOUR community to support you through the little and the not-so-little events that make up your lives. 

From the "I've got this" moments to the "ugh, I just can't" moments.  No judgment. No guilt.  As well as to help you find fun in the journey.

I have been a Licensed Masters Social Worker for over 25 years working with individuals on self-care, stress management skills, mindfulness, relationships, parenting and just managing all the chaos that life sends your way.

My purpose is to empower all women to find develop the skills to help them find peace, balance, and bliss in their lives.
